  • I just placed an order, when will it ship?
    We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow for a handling time of 1 to 3 business days on average and a shipping time on average of 4 to 5 business days. See our shipping policy page for more information. Tracking numbers will be updated 24 hours after your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number after 3 business days, please reach out to us at

  • Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied? What if there's an issue?
    To return an item, you have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase amount. Please make sure to include your name and order number on the returned parcel. Note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

  • Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If the item has already been shipped, you can use our easy return system to receive a full refund.

  • What if I entered an incorrect address?
    If you have misspelled or entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. If you notice the mistake after the order has been placed, please contact us at within 24 hours. We will do our best to update the address for you. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
